The guiding principles of Kurtz Detective Agency are professionalism, discretion and cost transparency. This is reflected in numerous renowned clients, including domestic and international detective agencies, several DAX-listed companies, international firms, politicians, a major political party, former national football players, television personalities, public clients, educational institutions, insurance companies, law firms and many others.
In the service provider ranking of Wirtschaftswoche, a company of the Handelsblatt publishing group, Kurtz Detective Agency was recognised as the third-best investigative service in all of Germany. Its score of 77.22 was exceeded in the other 24 sectors examined by only five companies. Thus, Kurtz Detective Agency achieved the eighth-best result among all 236 tested providers, leaving companies such as Lufthansa, Sparkasse, BMW, DHL and many others far behind.

Since 2016, Kurtz Detective Agency has actively supported the Neven Subotic Foundation. Why this particular organisation? Because every donated cent goes directly to those in need. All administrative costs are covered personally by the founder, Neven Subotic. Large organisations such as UNICEF, SOS Children’s Villages and others, as of 2017, invest substantial sums in Google AdWords. For example, if you donate 20 euros and click on a UNICEF AdWords ad, depending on the keyword, UNICEF may end up paying up to 20 euros for that click. Your donation ultimately goes to Google. This model, familiar to us from the detective industry, often generates significant costs, which is why we do not participate. This refusal of AdWords is also one of the key reasons for our comparatively moderate fees within the industry.
The Neven Subotic Foundation pursues a completely different approach than many of the more widely known aid organisations. We always aim to support the foundation in this way, and this will remain unchanged in the future!
