No costs for the use of standard detective equipment – this is likewise included in the hourly rate. Only specialised equipment, such as the deployment of a covert surveillance van, will be charged separately if required.

 

No additional surcharges for weekend or night operations – a fixed hourly rate seven days a week, around the clock (except Christmas and New Year’s Eve).

 

Fixed-price offers are available upon request and only where the workload can be clearly predicted in advance. For certain corporate assignments, such as the recovery of missing property, a fixed-price solution is naturally advisable.

 

Upon conclusion of a contract and payment of an advance covering the assignment costs, you may, subject to creditworthiness, agree with us on an interest-free instalment plan for settling the remaining invoice amount. Naturally, without additional fees.
